A coverage review only works when the relevant facts are on the table. Information collected may include name, contact details, household composition where relevant, vehicle or property details for coverage being reviewed, and existing policy summaries shared voluntarily.
Information that is not needed for a review is not requested. Sensitive details such as financial account numbers are never collected through standard website forms.
Collected information serves the coverage review itself. Specifically:
When a quote or policy is requested with a specific carrier, the information needed to produce that quote is shared with that carrier. Sharing is limited to what the carrier requires to evaluate eligibility and price. No bulk distribution of contact details to unrelated parties takes place.
Limited service providers may process information on behalf of JadeInsure to keep email delivery, secure hosting, and document storage running. Each such provider operates under written confidentiality terms and is restricted to the task assigned.
Standard website cookies are used to keep sessions working and to understand which pages get the most attention. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors. Browser settings can be adjusted to block cookies, with the trade-off that certain features may stop functioning smoothly.
SMS messages are only sent after explicit consent is granted, either at signup or during a coverage review. Two categories exist: account and inquiry-related messages tied to a specific review, and marketing messages about new coverage options. Each may be opted out of separately by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies based on activity.
Information stays on file only as long as needed for the coverage relationship plus any legal retention windows that apply. Inactive accounts can request deletion at any time. Records required by insurance regulations remain in archived form for the statutory period and are not used for marketing.
Reasonable administrative, physical, and electronic safeguards are used to protect collected information. This includes restricted access controls, encrypted transmission for sensitive data, and routine review of how information moves through the system. No method of transmission is perfect, and that limitation is acknowledged openly.
Individuals can request a copy of the information on file, ask for corrections, request deletion, or opt out of specific communications. Requests are reviewed in good faith and responded to within a reasonable timeframe. Verification of identity may be required before changes are made.
The website and coverage review services are intended for adults aged eighteen and older. No information is knowingly collected from minors. If a minor's information is discovered in the system, it is removed promptly.
